Brainstorm and identify solutions to problems in the designated component Be innovative in identifying solutions to routine problems and manual workflows Develop, test and deploy solutions which help in improving experiences for Customers Analyze events and telemetry from multiple sources and resolve issues Partner with peers in team, in leveraging and extending the services and experiences Good development experience using Azure resources and services Good exposure to VSO, Git and modern engineering practices Well versed with Agile development methodology Hands-on experience or exposure to React and/or other JavaScript Frameworks would be a plus Good verbal and written communication skills. 2-4 years of relevant work experience. Relevant educational background Experience/exposure in working with D365 or other CRM suite of products is a plus

Responsibilities

Identify and develop innovative solutions to problems in designated components. Analyze events and telemetry to resolve issues and improve customer experiences.
