Responsibilities Work closely with international teams across various disciplines (Engineering, Design, Product, Support) to develop new features. Engineering excellence and commitment to writing code that's not only functional but also well-designed, testable, and maintainable. Build and use automated quality checks, run validations and improve automated coverage of the code, ensure high quality of the end to end user scenarios End-to-end ownership of the code, components and features through software lifecycle with focus on solution and code quality and efficiency. Utilize best practices to build robust solutions. Show initiative to learn and do whatever it takes to implement features fully, whether it involves diving into native code or learning new technologies. Analyze feature performance in production to continuously improve the product. You'll excel at partnering with teams both locally and globally within Microsoft. Engage in mentorship, code reviews, and knowledge sharing to foster the professional growth of the team. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C#, JavaScript, or Python - OR equivalent experience. Proficient in HTML/CSS, React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and GraphQL or similar technologies, with hands-on development experience. Skilled in using analytics, instrumentation, and A/B testing to inform feature development and improve application performance. Designed and delivered applications that are performant, reliable, accessible, and secure, with a strong focus on quality and user experience. Other Requirements: Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
