As a Software Engineer in Power Automate Desktop, you will join a passionate team based in Athens, working on an application that ships with Windows. Responsibilities Design and implement features for Power Automate Desktop, ensuring performance and maintainability. Collaborate with stakeholders to determine user requirements for automation scenarios. Write, test, debug, and refactor code to deliver high-quality software. Partner with architects and product managers to align on design and development goals. Act as a Designated Responsible Individual (DRI), monitoring system health and resolving issues. Continuously learn and apply new technologies and patterns to improve product reliability and efficiency. Contribute to a strong engineering culture that promotes collaboration and innovation. Qualifications Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Solid understanding of testing practices. Strong English verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting. Other Requirements: Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python. Strong C# skills. Experience with automated testing. Experience with DevOps practices and agile development methodologies. Experience building and/or integrating business applications.
