About the Role

Working across our Processing and Mining business units, you'll take ownership of critical product domains spanning IoT sensor monitoring, industrial wear management, mobile inspection applications and data processing services.

With a strong focus on Customer Centricity, you'll help deliver reliable, scalable solutions that improve customer outcomes and operational performance. You'll apply Innovation to solve complex technical challenges, drive architectural improvements and modernise our digital platform, while embracing a One Team mindset by collaborating closely with colleagues across Australia and India.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing, developing and maintaining full-stack solutions across C#/.NET, SQL Server, Azure, React and TypeScript technologies
  • Driving architectural decisions and technical standards across APIs, data modelling, integrations and application design
  • Developing and enhancing Progressive Web Applications (PWA) with offline-first capabilities and secure authentication
  • Leading code reviews, improving engineering standards and mentoring developers across the team
  • Building and supporting data processing pipelines, integrations and real-time monitoring solutions
  • Identifying and addressing technical debt, performance improvements and security vulnerabilities
  • Supporting CI/CD pipelines, release management and production deployments across multiple environments

About You

You are a senior software professional who combines strong technical expertise with a passion for building high-quality solutions and helping others succeed. You enjoy solving complex problems, influencing technical strategy and delivering software that makes a measurable impact.

You will bring:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience
  • Extensive experience across the software development lifecycle, with strong expertise in C#/.NET and modern web technologies
  • Experience designing and developing backend services using .NET, Entity Framework Core, SQL Server and Azure cloud services
  • Strong front-end development experience using React, TypeScript and modern UI frameworks
  • Experience developing and supporting Progressive Web Applications (PWA)
  • Knowledge of Azure services, CI/CD pipelines, Docker and cloud deployment practices
  • Experience mentoring developers through code reviews, technical guidance and knowledge sharing
  • Strong understanding of software architecture, testing practices, cybersecurity and application performance optimisation

Experience working within distributed development teams and supporting cloud-based enterprise applications will be highly regarded.

Role Purpose:

Participate in the building, developing & maintaining of the DAT & Laqorr technology platforms & systems.

Key Accountabilities:

Development of the Laqorr CMS system.

Assist in the design of & build of technical applications.

Development of hardware protocols controls as required

Key Skills:

Strong communication skills

Excellent coding skills, across the required Chrome, Android & Windows platforms

Able to prioritise your work with minimal supervision

Attention to detail with documentation

Pay: $79,423.00 – $83,800.00 per year
