We’re looking for an AI Developer to join a growing AI team who are focused on making AI genuinely work across the business. Are you experienced in building the integrations and automation that connect AI to real enterprise systems, and can you tell when a simple automation will do the job better than AI? This role could be for you!

The AI Developer is a key member of the AI team, building the integrations, APIs and workflows that let AI applications and agents plug into platforms such as Dynamics 365 and ServiceNow. You should have strong experience with Azure integration services, and Power Automate would be a big plus. As an AI Developer, you’ll build the integrations, workflows and automation that plug AI tools and agents into the systems the business already uses. Your job is to connect AI safely and reliably to the right processes and tools, so it delivers real, practical results rather than just outputs.

This is a rare opportunity to come in as a hands on developer, taking AI use cases from prototype through to secure, resilient production services.

• Key ResponsibilitiesBuilding and maintaining integrations between AI applications and enterprise systems
• Developing workflows and automation for prioritised AI use cases
• Building APIs, connectors and tool calls for AI agents
• Implementing authentication and access controls alongside IT and security
• Designing error handling, logging, monitoring and recovery
• Creating reusable integration components and patterns
• Working with business teams to decide where automation, AI or both fits best

• Tech StackStrong experience with workflow automation, enterprise integration or app development
• Azure integration and application services
• APIs, connectors and enterprise integration patterns
• Dynamics 365, ServiceNow or comparable platforms
• Identity, authentication and access control
• Source control, CI/CD and monitoring
• Power Automate / Power Platform (desirable)
• Copilot Studio or other agent tooling (desirable)
