REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT/Infocomm industry with end-to-end SDLC exposure (experience in Singapore preferred).
• Strong experience (5+ years) in Microsoft .NET technologies and front-end development (ASP.NET, C#, HTML/DHTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery).
• At least 3 years’ experience in LAMP stack (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP/Perl).
• Hands-on experience (3+ years) with SQL and at least two relational databases (MySQL, Oracle, MS-SQL, PostgreSQL, MariaDB, Amazon Aurora).
• Proficient in XSL and XML programming.
• Skilled in front-end technologies including HTML, DHTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, and Ajax.
• Knowledge of SAML Authentication (e.g., Microsoft Entra ID / Azure ID).
• Practical experience with at least two AWS services (e.g., Lambda, SQS, Secrets Manager, CloudFormation).
• Preferred: Experience with Digital Preservation/Archival systems, Java (JDK 1.7+), and Government Commercial Cloud (GCC).
• Proficiency in:Requirements gathering & impact analysis.IT operations support (incident management, version control, release management).Project management support (issue tracking, documentation, coordination with users/vendors).
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Minimum 3 years’ work experience in Singapore.
• Must attend and clear a technical interview to demonstrate required skills.
