REQUIREMENTS

  • A passionate problem solver: You have 5+ years of experience with full stack .NET development with C#, .NET Core with Angular JS and Kendo UI Controls experience. You understand software design patterns (MVC, MVVM), modern UI paradigms, and have experience with asynchronous and parallel programming
  • A full-stack developer at heart: You’ve built and maintained both front-end and back-end systems, and you’re always looking to expand your capabilities
  • Driven and collaborative: You take pride in writing clean, maintainable code and enjoy working with others to tackle complex challenges. You value learning and strive to continuously improve
  • Financially curious: While finance experience isn’t required, you’re eager to learn about markets, investment strategies, and how technology can give a competitive edge
  • Focused on quality and delivery: You strike a balance between shipping features and maintaining high code quality, and you thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
  • Requires 2 days in-office in Toronto
Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and enhance mission-critical software: Collaborate with a team of experienced Developers and Quantitative Analysts on the next generation of our trading and analytics platforms, real-time risk engine, and operational infrastructure. Your work will directly support teams across the firm, including Portfolio Management, Trading, Risk, Compliance, Operations, Finance, and Business Development
  • Work closely with investment teams: Partner with Portfolio Managers and Traders to enhance and evolve our tools and platforms, with a strong emphasis on greenfield initiatives
  • Collaborate and grow: Engage in regular feedback loops with peers and internal stakeholders. Benefit from mentorship and continuous learning opportunities to further develop your skills
