Description

The successful candidate will be based in our Athens' headquarters or in our subsidiaries in Patras or Thessaloniki, and be involved in the design, development and support of our Network Management System software – managing our innovative packet microwave and millimeter-wave radio systems - used in front-haul and mobile backhaul transport of 5G networks, as well as in Fixed Wireless Access broadband systems. University degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering/ Informatics or Computer Science Very good knowledge of Object-Oriented programming Very good knowledge of JAVA, SQL. Fluency in English Any or more of the following skills are desired Experience with RDBMS like PostgreSQL, MySQL or Oracle. Good working knowledge of Linux Basic knowledge in Telecommunications / Networking Knowledge of Kubernetes Container Orchestration Platform and Microservices Architecture Knowledge of Version Control (GIT) Knowledge in software engineering tools (e.g. Eclipse, Apache Ant, Maven) Knowledge of Web Development (e.g. Javascript, HTML5, CSS3, JQuery, Angular JS, Bootstrap) Knowledge of Wildfly Application Server Knowledge of Test-Driven Development, Selenium, Test Frameworks, Python Personal characteristics Strong problem-solving skills, creativity and attention to detail Excellent communication and organizational skills Flexible, with a strong desire to learn and accept new challenges Comfortable asking for help, taking advice and accepting criticism Team-oriented Results-oriented Self-motivated INTRACOM TELECOM offers an excellent working environment that fosters team spirit, collaboration, and continuous learning.
