Job Description About the Role: s through code reviews, design discussions, and pair programming Participate in system design, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies Provide technical leadership in system design, code quality, and best practices. Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and architects to deliver end-to-end solutions Drive performance, security, and scalability improvements across the stack Troubleshoot and resolve production issues Qualifications 7–10 years of fullstack development experience Strong handson expertise in Angular (v14+), Typescript, HTML, CSS. Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs Strong problemsolving, analytical, and debugging skills Ability to break down complex problems, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases Strong understanding of UI architecture, state management, and performance optimization Experience with microservices, Git, Maven/Gradle, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native development Proven ability to lead technically, influence design decisions, and own delivery Strong foundations in OOP concepts, design patterns, and data structures Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interface across cross-functional technology teams and the business Eagerness to learn independently and flexibility to work across technology stacks Additional Information Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes Experience with RxJS, NgRx, AGgrid, High chart Prior work in Agile/Scrum environments Experience with micro frontend (MFE)and backend for frontend (BFF)architecture.
