If you've been through a fast-moving scale-up before, you'll know the score. Most weeks are pretty normal. Every so often everyone needs to pull together to get something over the line. That's just part of building great software.

You'll be joining a team that's already full of strong engineers, and they're looking for someone who can take ownership of backend systems from design through to production.

You'll be designing APIs, getting stuck into AWS, contributing to architecture discussions, mentoring other engineers and staying hands-on with the code.

Their current stack includes Rust and AWS Serverless, but they're genuinely technology agnostic when they hire. They're much more interested in great engineers than ticking boxes on a CV.

If you've built scalable backend systems in Go, Java, Kotlin, Python, TypeScript, or another modern language, you'll be considered.

If you've worked on B2B SaaS products before, you'll probably have an advantage. The team builds software that's used at scale, so experience in product-led environments and high-growth businesses will stand out.
