ROLE DETAILS * Location: This role is based 3 days per week out of our San Francisco, HQ and is not eligible for full-time remote work. * Compensation: The annual cash compensation range for this position is $190,000–$260,000 based on level in addition to equity & benefits. WHAT YOU’LL DO DAY-TO-DAY * Own product features end-to-end alongside your product manager, engineering manager and designer. * Work primarily with Typescript, React, Python, GraphQL, Node, PostgreSQL. * Collaborate with engineers on your team and across Gem on code reviews, data model, architecture, and product decisions. * Stay close to our customers. * Embody our company values of ownership, velocity, customer centricity, diversity and transparency. * Influence decisions and have direct impact on business outcomes.
