MANDATORY SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Experience with Oracle Identity Governance (OIG), which includes components like Oracle Access Manager, Oracle Unified Directory, and Oracle Internet Directory.
• Strong understanding of LDAP directories, i.e. Oracle Internet Directory (OID) and Microsoft Active Directory (AD).Strong understanding of security concepts and best practices in Oracle IAM.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
• 10+ years of experience in Java EE technology stack i.e. Spring MVC/REST/Data/Boot/Cloud, Web Services (SOAP/REST), HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap and etc. Must have Full Stack Development capabilities supporting database, server-side development, front-end development and CI/CD integration.
• 5 to 8 years proven experience in developing and implementing IAM solutions using OIM 12c and ADF Faces technologies. Experience with agile development methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) 12c, including connectors, adapters, and workflows.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware components, such as Oracle WebLogic Server and Oracle SOA Suite.
• Solid understanding of Java/J2EE development principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with Oracle Database and SQL query and SQL programming.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Preferred certification: Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) certification in Oracle Identity Manager (OIM).

• Design and develop IAM solutions using Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) 12c and ADF Faces technologies.
• Understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop custom components, workflows, and user interfaces to meet business needs.
• Extend the functionality of OIM through customizations and integrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of OIM with other enterprise applications.
• Conduct unit testing, code reviews, and troubleshoot issues to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and team members.Stay up-to-date with the latest OIM 12c and ADF technologies and best practices.
