Located in Warsaw, Indiana, we are a professional software engineering / consulting company. We are seeking self-motivated candidates that will work in a team environment to complete software projects internally or as requested by clients. Candidate will be tasked with analyzing, designing, implementing, testing and maintaining software solutions as a member of a team.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Honesty, Reliability and Punctuality
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, software engineering or related field
• General programming skills: Software design, Software debugging, Software documentation, Teamwork, and Information analysis
• Great communication and interpersonal skills

SKILLS:

• C / C++

Education:

• Bachelor’s (Preferred

• Adhere to software development policies, processes, and procedures
• Evaluating code meets specifications and coding guidelines
• Writing and maintaining unit and integration tests
• Bench testing builds
• Occasional field testing
• Translate design docs and UI specs into high performance, reusable and reliable code
• Perform gap analysis and estimate effort / time-frames
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Participate in continuous education (learning from and teaching other team members)
