ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking an Intermediate .NET Full Stack Developer to join our team in a hybrid capacity (1 day a week at the office in Sydney CBD required). This role is ideal for a developer with at least 5 years of experience in developing modern .NET applications, web applications, and web services.
You will collaborate closely with our development team using a hybrid Kanban/Scrum methodology to deliver high-quality solutions. Your primary focus will be on designing, developing, and optimizing ASP.NET Core applications, ensuring performance, scalability, and maintainability.
This is a hands-on development role that requires expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core, and front-end web technologies. Familiarity with Agile workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure is expected.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and develop .NET applications and web services
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable C# code using ASP.NET Core
• Build front-end components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and UI frameworks
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, including Minimal APIs
• Work with Entity Framework or LINQ-to-SQL for database operations
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security
• Write and maintain unit tests to ensure high code quality
• Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and daily stand-ups
• Ensure responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility
• Contribute to CI/CD and DevOps practices
