JOB DESCRIPTION

The successful candidate will be based in Singapore and its responsibilities include service management, vendor management, product deployment, administration, and support escalation of enterprise storage infrastructure across multiple countries. The role requires collaboration with architecture and technology teams to engineer and deliver innovative storage solutions to accelerate technology transformation.

• Designed and implemented custom IBM FileNet workflows to meet specific client requirements.
• Developed FileNet Content Engine components for seamless integration with the claims management system.
• Created a staging database to manage claims and payment-related information efficiently.
• Designed and implemented document storage and metadata management for files received from the different Database Services.
• Developed dynamic case pages leveraging DOJO for an enhanced user experience.
• Implemented advanced functionalities using Script Adapter to extend Case Manager capabilities.
• Built custom plugins for IBM Navigator and tailored widgets for IBM Case Manager to fulfil unique business needs.
• Configured LDAP users, roles, and solution-level permissions to align with organizational security policies.

Provided application support, conducted UAT sessions, and ensured successful system deployment.

• Involved in designing and developing business process definitions, participant groups, and associated toolkits for process management.
• Skilled in creating and managing activities, workflows, and role-based views in process management tools.
• Experienced in utilizing process management consoles for monitoring and controlling business processes.
• Hands-on experience in the creation of decision points (gateways) and process snapshots for process version control and tracking.
