Lead the solution architecture and technical delivery of Salesforce Data Cloud, Agentforce and AI-enabled transformation initiatives.
Define customer data architectures, including data models, governance approaches, identity resolution strategies and integration patterns.
Lead architecture and delivery activities for complex data migration, integration and customer data platform implementations.
Design AI-enabled customer engagement solutions leveraging Agentforce, Einstein AI and Salesforce ecosystem capabilities.
Ensure AI and analytics use cases are aligned to business outcomes, regulatory requirements and responsible AI principles.
Work with engineering, integration and data teams to prototype, test and deploy Data Cloud and AI-enabled solutions.
Provide technical leadership on customer data governance, data quality and trusted data foundations.
Lead the design, and where appropriate development, of customised Salesforce solutions that align with our clients' business processes and goals.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Salesforce capabilities and features, and keep up-to-date with the latest Salesforce trends and best practices
Provide guidance and mentorship to EY and client Salesforce developers and technical resources.
Participate in project planning and management, including estimating effort and timelines for Salesforce engagements.
Ensure that Salesforce solutions are designed and implemented in accordance with industry-standard best practices, security policies, and data governance guidelines
Undertake impact analysis on major design options and trade-off during client engagements.
Review others' systems designs to ensure selection of appropriate technology, efficient use of resources, and integration of multiple systems and technology
Contribute to development of systems design policies and standards and selection of architecture components.
Have a strong, working knowledge of Design initiatives and how to integrate these into a transformation project
Lead the development of technical architectures for specific client proposals, EY assets and selected business domains (Sales, Service, Marketing, Commerce etc)
Provide advice on technical aspects of solution development and integration (including requests for changes, deviations from specifications, etc.) and ensure that relevant technical strategies, policies, standards and practices (including security) are applied correctly.

Support the technical shaping of proposals, estimates and solution approaches for Data Cloud, Agentforce and customer intelligence programmes.
Identify opportunities to modernise legacy customer platforms through data migration, customer data harmonisation and cloud transformation initiatives.
Provide architecture consultancy across all Salesforce implementation projects, from the integration of new solutions to client in-house built solutions.
