Description

Require 3-7 years relevant experience on application support (L2 Support). • Primary Responsibilities: o Support for People, SGDIR and IGG applications • Ensure smooth operations. • Incident and problem management aligned with ITIL processes • Monitoring and troubleshooting of the tickets using excel and sql queries • Informatica and Dev Ops knowledge required for the debugging and fixing minor issues. Skill Set Required: • Strong understanding of ITIL processes • Proficiency in Informatica • Experience with Dev Ops • SQL expertise • Hands-on with Excel and Macros.
