Required Skills : Advanced experience developing backend services with .NET 8/9. Some experience working with different frontend technologies like React/Angular or Blazor. Knowledge and experience around container-based hosting with Docker or Kubernetes. Solid understanding of API design principles, integration patterns, and production-ready quality practices. Knowledge about MQTT / Kafka is a bonus. Self-leading and growth-oriented attitude with passion for end users, continuous improvement, teamwork, and collaboration. Ability to navigate multicultural, distributed environments and actively engage diverse stakeholders. Confidence to lead customer-facing workstreams, identify needs, provide expertise, and ensure solutions align with architectural guidelines and stakeholder expectations. Excellent communication skills in English, written and spoken. Nice to have: Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services and CI/CD pipelines. Having experience of shopfloor integrations or IoT solutions. * Locations other than Gothenburg are also acceptable (Eskilstuna, Koping, Skovde).
