What We're Looking For

We're looking for engineers who are technically excellent, naturally curious and genuinely enjoy solving difficult problems.

• Essential requirements:4+ years of commercial software engineering experience, with strong Java expertise.
• First-Class Honours degree in Computer Science from a Russell Group university.
• Exceptional problem-solving ability and strong computer science fundamentals.
• Experience designing and building high-quality software solutions.
• A solid understanding of software architecture, algorithms, data structures and engineering best practices.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
• A genuine passion for technology and a desire to continuously improve.

• Bonus points for:Experience developing high-performance or data-intensive applications.
• Exposure to financial services, investment management or complex enterprise systems.
• Experience taking technical ownership of projects from conception to delivery.
