At Pulsen Omsorg, we don't just develop software. We build tools that provide support and security to people in the most vulnerable situations in life – children in need of protection, the elderly who need care, people with functional variations who want to live independently. Our work is based on the belief that technology can be a powerful tool for creating change. We develop the Combine business system and other digital services with the goal of simplifying, improving and fundamentally transforming the work of social services. We are in the middle of an exciting technical journey where we build microservices in .NET Core, work container-based in Kubernetes and move towards an Event Driven Architecture with RabbitMQ at the center. We push the boundaries of real-time solutions with SignalR, invest in automated deployment with ArgoCD and use tools like SonarQube, Trivy and CodeScene to create secure, maintainable applications. We test new things, we learn together – and we share responsibility in DevOps-driven teams with a lot of freedom. But what really sets us apart is why we do what we do.

We believe you are a curious and committed developer who feels that technology is a powerful tool – not just for solving problems, but for making the world a little better. You are confident in your role and enjoy working with others to create solutions that are robust, scalable and built to last.

You are used to working with modern tools and technologies. In our stack we work with, among other things:

• .NET Core , React , SQL Server , PostgreSQL , Redis
• Containers , Kubernetes , ArgoCD , Github Actions
• RabbitMQ and a microservices architecture in constant evolution

You have experience with unit and functional testing, and it is an advantage if you have also worked with UI testing and TDD. It is an added advantage if you have delved into things like Event Storming, Functions, Cloud Native or Event Driven Architecture – but most importantly, you are open to learning.

We work agilely, often in Scrum-inspired teams, and always have an eye on creating solutions that are manageable – both technically and humanly. You understand the importance of clear code, good documentation and thinking long-term, even in fast development cycles.

We would like you to have a university degree or equivalent, as well as several years of experience in software development. You need to be able to express yourself fluently in both Swedish and English .
