University degree (minimum an equivalent to a Bachelor) preferably in computer science or related disciplines
At least 3 years of relevant IT professional experience
At least 2-years of relevant experience as a Java developer, of which at least 1-year of experience in software architecture design with J2EE or Spring Boot framework
Experience as a JavaScript developer with exposure with the React.js library
Knowledge in designing both logical and physical database models particularly with Oracle databases or other databases
Knowledge on Kafka, data virtualisation, integration services would be a nice to have
In depth knowledge of one or several of the following technologies would be an advantage: Spring Boot framework, JBoss EAP, Hibernate, and REST AOI design and implementation using JAX-RS or Spring.
Knowledge of continuous integration and test automation tools (Azure DevOps, Sonar, Nexus, GitHub, Junit, Selenium, Wiremock, REST Assured) would be an advantage
Hands-on experience in software development lifecycle, including the supervision of technical teams
Experience in taking technical design decisions
Experience in the banking, financing or insurance domain would be considered an advantage
Excellent knowledge of English*** (Knowledge of other EU languages would be an advantage).
