We are looking for someone who has worked with software development for a few years and has a university degree and a good understanding of how to run successful software projects. In addition to having a drive and passion for development, you take responsibility for the code you deliver and are happy to help your more junior employees move forward. We believe that you:

• Have at least 3 years of relevant experience in software development and experience in writing high-quality code that can be maintained over a long period of time.
• Has strong problem-solving skills.
• Have strong knowledge of programming languages ​​such as TypeScript, Java, Go, or C# as well as experience working with databases and complex data models.
• Have experience in AI-driven development and use tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Codex or similar as a natural support in your work.
• Has the ability to understand and apply business principles in technical solutions.
• Has the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Is comfortable communicating in Swedish to customers and colleagues.

What you will work with:

• Develop software solutions: Create and implement custom software solutions in Typescript/NodeJS. Be active in the entire development process, from design to implementation and support.
• Business Development: Use your understanding of business processes and industry-specific challenges to design solutions that meet customer needs and contribute to their success.
• Customer Communication: Work closely with customers to understand their business objectives and translate these into technical requirements.
• Problem Solving: Adapt quickly to new technologies and business environments. Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills in challenging projects.
• Collaboration and Leadership: Work in cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive and productive work environment. Demonstrate leadership skills when the situation requires it. Coach and support other developers.
