JOB DESCRIPTION:

Automated architecture with a focus on scalability and developer experience. As systems grow more complex, there’s a need to abstract functionality behind clean, consumer-friendly APIs—reducing cognitive load and enabling faster, more autonomous delivery across teams.
Systems are written in C# or Python, but we also have Go and Java. We utilise modern web, distributed and big data technologies, which means we have a broad range of software engineering challenges for the right person.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

• Focus is on experience and passion for systems integration enabling end to end platform solutions
• Designing and building solutions that drive value for our petabyte-scale data platform
• Continuously exploring and developing solutions to improve data and compute throughput at scale
• Demonstrating software engineering best practices
• Strong programming skills in C# and strong experience with typescript and TFE ideal
