Key accountabilities and decision ownership Develop and support mobile/web applications using React Native/ReactJS, writing reusable, testable, and efficient code development team Participate in every aspect of development and implementation, collaborate with end users (product owners) to fully understand business requirements Work in an agile team environment, progress report in daily SCRUM stand-ups Support testing activities (functional and non-functional tests in all relevant project phases) Investigate and fix defects and incidents during development and application lifecycle Prepare release packages for test and production environment Staying up to date by researching new technologies and software products Highly cross-functional and able to swap and perform adjacent roles at short notice Flexibility to deal with changing projects and priorities in a short space of time Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn new methods and processes Strong relationship building, persuasion, and collaboration skills that drives internal- and cross-team constructive feedback and support Strong communications skills, with the ability to distil difficult technical concepts into simple and actionable modules Strong time-management skills Willingness to track, assess, and incorporate practice and technology developments into day-to-day working Good understanding of the business capability/user journey, wider organizational goals, and desired product business outcomes Understanding of both the current Telecommunications and digital services market and emerging business and technology trends Proficient in English both spoken and written 3+ years developing mobile applications with support for web/desktop Experience in React Native Experience in ReactJS, Redux, JSX, ES6, design patterns JS Solid experience with HTML5, CSS3, and AJAX Bootstrap and/or Material CSS and CSS pre-processing language (like SASS, Less or Stylus) Node & NPM Experience consuming RESTful services Proven Experience in React Native Component integration with Android & iOS mobile apps Experience on the implementation of different frontend architectures component Based, Micro Frontends etc. Familiar with collaboration tools Teams/Slack, Jira, Confluence or similar.
