This role is ideal for a motivated software engineer passionate about building scalable, reliable systems that improve user experiences and drive real impact. The Software Engineer will work across the full technology stack, contributing to web solutions, backend services, and cloud infrastructure while collaborating with product, design, and engineering teams. The role requires balancing immediate deliverables with long-term architectural considerations and delivering software that is secure, performant, and user-centric. You will play a key role in shaping technical practices, mentoring peers, and helping create a culture of engineering excellence. Accountabilities Develop and maintain scalable web and software solutions that enhance user accessibility and customer value. Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to ensure software meets both functional and technical requirements. Build, test, and deploy applications across technology stacks, balancing short-term deliverables with long-term maintainability. Optimize system performance, reliability, and security across web applications and backend services. Contribute to a culture of technical excellence, code quality, and continuous improvement. Participate in operational support, DevOps tasks, and monitoring of always-on systems. Document processes, provide technical guidance, and support knowledge sharing across the team. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent experience. Minimum 2 years of professional software engineering experience. Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and Node.js. Experience with React or another modern MVVM framework. Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases, as well as document/object storage. Understanding of service-oriented architecture, data modeling, and performance optimization. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, API design, and agile development methodologies. Knowledge of cloud services, observability, and operational best practices for SaaS applications.
