This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Software Engineer in United States. This role provides an opportunity to develop, maintain, and enhance business-critical applications within a dynamic, Agile development environment. You will collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and quality analysts to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business requirements. The position requires full-stack development expertise, including front-end and back-end technologies, and experience with cloud platforms such as Azure. You will actively participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including coding, testing, deployment, and troubleshooting. With a focus on collaboration, problem-solving, and innovation, you will contribute to delivering reliable and scalable applications that support business operations and customer needs. Accountabilities: Develop, test, maintain, and enhance business applications in alignment with Agile methodology. Collaborate with product owners and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define acceptance criteria, and ensure delivery meets expectations. Perform unit, system, and integration testing, troubleshooting application issues in development and production environments. Implement and optimize applications and interfaces to meet SLA and functional requirements. Document system functionality, processes, and technical specifications in line with industry and compliance standards. Support deployment, production monitoring, and ongoing maintenance of applications. Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. Facilitate team activities as acting Scrum Master when required. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent combination of education and experience (5+ years). Strong coding and development experience with C# and .NET technologies, including on-prem and Azure-hosted applications (Logic Apps, Function Apps, CosmosDB, Data Factory, Storage Account). Experience with RESTful APIs, Postman, API Gateway, and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Git, or VSTS. Knowledge of SAFe Agile frameworks and ITIL best practices; certifications (SAFe, ITIL, Azure) preferred. Familiarity with database management (SQL Server, DB2, Sybase, Teradata, CosmosDB) and advanced SQL queries. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical troubleshooting skills. Effective interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work in cross-functional teams and adapt to rapidly changing technology. Experience in secure coding practices and software lifecycle management. Ability to provide high-quality deliverables while managing multiple priorities in a collaborative environment. Competitive base salary range: $86,000 – $134,000, based on experience and qualifications.
