We are looking for high-performance Software Engineers to join the Equites desk of a Sydney based HFTC.

This is not a standard corporate development role. There are no Business Analysts or Project Managers here.

You will sit directly with the traders, gather your own requirements, architect the solutions, and deploy systems that execute in real-time across regional markets and futures.

Whether you are a battle-tested trading systems veteran or an elite Computer Science fundamentalist looking to break into high-frequency finance, if you understand how to build highly concurrent systems from the ground up, we want to talk to you.

You will be stepping into a true systems engineering environment, moving away from monolithic legacy code to build out a modern, highly distributed trading architecture.
