This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Software Engineer (SDK) in the United States. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain software solutions that support both internal teams and external clients, including SDK and API integrations. You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and customer-facing teams to provide technical consulting, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure smooth deployment of software solutions. This position requires strong full-stack development experience, a deep understanding of cloud-native and microservices architectures, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders. You will contribute to high-impact projects, influence product design decisions, and support the adoption of innovative solutions across the organization. The role offers a dynamic, collaborative environment with opportunities to grow technical expertise and make a tangible impact on client success. Accountabilities: Onboard and train new SDK users through virtual or onsite sessions. Provide external SDK support, including problem determination, code reviews, and guidance on best practices for maintainable, testable code. Collaborate with developers, product owners, and client teams to scope projects and create accurate, well-defined statements of work. Develop and maintain software across the backend and frontend of the platform, supporting integrations and product features. Offer solution consulting to clients, addressing gaps in workflows and back-office operations. Support production operations by monitoring system performance and resolving incidents efficiently. Foster collaboration within a high-performing development team and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Assist in process improvement and change initiatives using tools such as the Atlassian product suite. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. 5+ years of experience in software engineering, including client-facing roles. Strong experience with SaaS platforms, SDKs, and deep API integrations. Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization tools like Docker. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS. Proficiency in object-oriented programming languages (TypeScript, C#, Java, or similar). Ability to manage multiple projects, meet objectives, and maintain high-quality standards in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to troubleshooting and debugging. Competitive salary ($155,000 - $180,000/year).
