ABOUT THE ROLE As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll accelerate a high-priority AI initiative by strengthening a fully distributed, microservices-based platform that demands fast execution and high reliability. You’ll focus on hands-on implementation, system resiliency, and observability while collaborating across global time zones. This role offers direct influence on a cutting-edge AI system and the chance to grow your impact in a highly technical, fast-moving environment. WHAT YOU WILL DO Develop and enhance features for a scalable, microservices-based AI platform; Focus on implementation and execution to meet strict delivery timelines; Improve system reliability, resiliency, and scalability; Work with observability tools to monitor and debug the distributed system; Collaborate closely with a team distributed across US and India time zones. MUST HAVES 6-8 years of professional software development; High proficiency in Golang; Kubernetes: Strong, hands-on experience with Kubernetes; Microservices: Proven experience building and maintaining microservices architectures with a focus on scalability, reliability, and resiliency; Observability: Good knowledge of enterprise observability frameworks, including Prometheus and Grafana; Communication: Very strong English communication skills; Ramp-up: Ability to learn and debug complex systems quickly; Upper-intermediate English level. NICE TO HAVES RAG: Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) models; Databases: Experience with document databases (e.g., MongoDB); VectorDBs: Experience with vector databases (e.g., Milvus) is a significant plus; AI Systems: Demonstrable experience in building scalable AI inferencing systems.
