At SMIGHT, we make distribution networks intelligent. Based in Karlsruhe, we are actively driving the energy transition and e-mobility, pursuing a holistic approach: from data acquisition and network transparency to dynamic network management. With our IoT solution SMIGHT Grid2, we lay the foundation for data-driven network operation. Our patented sensor technology provides network operators with real-time data directly from local substations and cable distribution points, enabling targeted network expansion and ensuring a high level of supply security. And we're thinking ahead: With SMIGHT NeMS, our dynamic network management system is continuously growing. It already supports distribution network operators in meeting regulatory requirements such as Section 14a of the German Energy Industry Act (EnWG). This is made possible by our more than 60 SMIGHTies from a wide range of disciplines, who work closely together and build upon a clear vision.
