WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

As a developer in our Electronic Trading team, you will be challenged with the designing and development of both new and current solutions that enable our clients to perform state-of-the-art trading towards exchanges all around the world. The development is done using C++, but also in our in-house programming language Arena Data Flow Language which is specialized for high performance financial calculations. You will work closely together with both junior developers and senior experts in the FinTech field. Your work will be in direct contact with our clients such as banks and hedge funds world-wide and your impact on their ability to conduct trading will matter.
We work in an agile process alongside 10 development teams on a single, large-scale software solution, providing you with the opportunity to actively participate in and contribute to a dynamic software development environment.

Your main duties and responsibilities will include:

• Help us in solving low-latency issues for our automatic market making tools.
• To further enhance our algorithmic trading solutions.
• Assisting our clients in tailoring our software solutions to meet specific trading needs.
• Innovate and develop new ways of supporting market making of financial instruments in all asset classes.
• Partake in our social, friendly and diverse office culture.

As a candidate for this role, you are required to have:

• M Sc. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Engineering Physics, Industrial Engineering and Management or similar degree.
• 10+ years of experience in system development.
• Knowledge in C++ is a requirement.
• A strong interest in financial markets.
• A great interest in developing sustainable solutions with focus on quality and performance.
• Have a big appetite for learning and like sharing your own knowledge with others
