REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a similar role.
• Strong background in supporting high-availability, production-grade systems.
• Excellent problem-solving, diagnostic, and troubleshooting abilities.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as within a collaborative team environment.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and full software development lifecycle.
• Experience in change management in parallel development environments.
