REQUIREMENTS

  1. Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of professional experience, or at least 7 years of experience as a software engineer. Equivalent combination of advanced education and experience will be considered.
  2. Proven experience using .net (c#), Azure DevOps (VSTS) and git to deliver solutions.
  3. Experience successfully utilizing databases (SQL, Mongo) to deliver stateful backends for applications and any ETL that might be needed.
  4. Demonstrated experience with JavaScript and related frameworks (e.g. Angular, React, NodeJS).
  5. Thorough understanding and experience using automated deployment tools to create CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Octopus).
  6. Solid analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
  7. Ability to design/model and build databases and data structures.
  8. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  9. Experience working in an iterative delivery process.
  10. Must have a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures as they relate to this position. Must understand and comply with all job-related State and Federal laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with the development team to validate requirements and technical capabilities.
  2. Create solutions that meet project goals and minimize risk.
  3. Create documentation per project and organization standards.
  4. Participate in the estimating of projects and support work.
  5. Participate in defining development processes and tools.
  6. Lead and/or facilitate solution design activities.
  7. Provide clear and timely communication on issues, risks, and changes to the development team lead.
  8. Perform other duties as assigned.
