Wide-Ranging Perspectives: Committed to Celebrating the Variety of Backgrounds, Talents and Experiences of Our Employees What You Will Get To Do: Design and build RESTful services and microservices using Java & Spring Boot Collaborate with front-end engineers building a modern React-based UI Contribute to a cloud-native platform deployed via Docker / Kubernetes Participate in code reviews, agile ceremonies, and CI/CD workflows using GitLab and Artifactory Work closely with architects and product leaders to shape a scalable, high-performance risk platform Ensure code quality, security, and maintainability across all services What You Will Bring: 3-5 years of professional experience in Java development Strong proficiency in Spring Boot and REST API design Familiarity with microservices, containerization (Docker/K8s), and cloud deployment Exposure to React, web-socket integrations, or full-stack collaboration a plus Experience with software design, scalability, and performance optimization Collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent work experience We encourage applications from people of all backgrounds to enable us to bring diverse perspectives to our thinking and conversation.
