This isn't a role where you'll spend your days maintaining someone else's decisions. You'll have real ownership, real autonomy, and a front-row seat to what it looks like when a start-up makes a serious dent in its industry. The role You'll be a senior voice on a talented AI team, working across the full ML lifecycle, from shaping how data gets annotated through to model training, evaluation, and production deployment. Day to day, you can expect to: Refine prompts and tune hyper-parameters to get the most out of retrieval and generative AI systems Work closely with researchers, engineers, and product teams to shape what gets built and how Have lots of ownership and autonomy over the product and it's direction. What you'll bring 5+ years building machine learning systems, with a strong focus on NLP Python fluency and the discipline to write clean, production-ready code Hands-on experience with LLMs at scale, prompt engineering, AI agents, the lot A solid grasp of LLM evaluation, hallucination handling, context management, and conversational AI A natural curiosity, you form hypotheses, run experiments, and actually learn from what you find Strong written and spoken English

Responsibilities
