As a result of our ongoing global expansion, we are looking to add a strong Full Stack Developer to join our team of developers and work from our head office in Sydney, Australia.

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer and proven experience in delivering high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop scalable server-side applications using Node.js.
• Design and implement intuitive user interfaces with React.js.
• Manage and optimise PostgreSQL and Firebase databases for performance and reliability.
• Set up and maintain enterprise infrastructure with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Deploy and monitor applications using CI/CD pipelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the stack.
• Develop and execute testing and validation processes.
• Deploy code to productive environments while adhering to best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and deliver secure, high-quality solutions.
• Implement robust security and data protection measures.
• Identify and resolve bugs, ensuring optimal performance.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Full Stack Development or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Node.js, React.js and modern development frameworks.
• Strong experience with database management and optimisation, particularly with PostgreSQL and Firebase
• Familiar with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and enterprise infrastructure management.
• Familiar with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, JavaScript, CSS).
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and deployment processes.
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting abilities.
• Strong understanding of security best practices and data protection.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with enterprise-level infrastructure and integration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Able to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both orally and verbally.
• Experience in the automotive industry or with CRM systems.

Qualifications:

• Must have a bachelor’s degree or higher qualifications in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
