Description:
Experience: 0-2 years
Education: Science Graduate or above
Shifts: 24x7 rotational
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor server and network performance, ensuring SLA adherence.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues (L1) with escalation as needed.
- Document and communicate troubleshooting steps to L2 Support.
- Create and maintain operational documentation and reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams and customers to provide timely support.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Windows, Linux, MS SQL Server, and Web Server technologies.
- Experience in writing SQL queries and using issue-tracking tools (e.g., Jira).
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain operational excellence.
Preferred: Hands-on experience in software support and system maintenance
