Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor server and network performance, ensuring SLA adherence.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues (L1) with escalation as needed.
  • Document and communicate troubleshooting steps to L2 Support.
  • Create and maintain operational documentation and reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and customers to provide timely support.

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of Windows, Linux, MS SQL Server, and Web Server technologies.
  • Experience in writing SQL queries and using issue-tracking tools (e.g., Jira).
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain operational excellence.

Preferred: Hands-on experience in software support and system maintenance
