This role is part of a dynamic engineering team building highly predictive, inclusive, and fair interviewing products. The Software Engineer will work across the full technology stack, developing scalable services, APIs, and frontend components while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. The position requires balancing technical excellence with product thinking to solve complex challenges that directly impact users and clients. Engineers in this role leverage modern programming languages and frameworks, as well as AI-assisted tools, to accelerate development.
