  • Conduct customer presentations on the recommended technical solution set.
  • Assist sales with the overall account planning as it relates to technical aspects of opportunity development

  • Assist on the customer Vendor Risk Assessment responses.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
