Activities

• You contribute to the development of custom Java applications (web services).
• You analyze requirements and realize the desired functionality.
• You manage (senior) application developers during the realization phase.
• You encourage and motivate stakeholders and development teams in the use of standards and methodologies.
• Together with project management and a Senior IT architect, you provide technical and substantive direction to projects.
• You develop and maintain complex applications and components and provide support and management (technical documentation, performance analyses, troubleshooting, and system health checks).
• You realize solutions in both existing and newly built environments.
• You act as a lead developer within project teams and guide solution approaches.
• You manage multiple development teams on large-scale, complex projects if necessary.
