What You Will Do In this role, you will be a Software Engineer participating in web application software development for utility network management. You will participate in software design and contribute to the development as either a full-stack or backend developer. You have a strong ability to learn and apply new technologies as required. You will collaborate with multinational teams to ensure effective work and participate in agile processes, testing, bug fixing, and documentation. You play a key role in getting deliveries in time and excellent quality. Software design: Participate in software designs for our web applications Development: Develop parts of the web software as a full-stack or backend developer, working fluently with used technologies Collaboration: Champion work across multinational teams, fostering collaboration and coordinating development tasks to ensure successful delivery. What Skills & Experience You Should Bring Extensive knowledge of C#/.NET and web software with REST APIs for more than 5 years Strong proficiency in software architectures, software algorithms and software engineering principles Ability to understand complex things and be able to communicate them in a more simple way Good understanding of designing and using relational databases Excellent verbal and written English communication skills What Skills & Experience You Could Bring Understanding of real-time systems Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Understanding of devops methods and tools Good Finnish communication skills About Your Location You will be working in hybrid work mode in our Espoo office in Leppävaara. Our office is located close to Leppävaara train station, only 5 minutes walk from there. We work in a multinational environment in about the same timezones.
