The Job
To support our ambitious growth plans, we are actively recruiting for a series of passionate Software Engineers to support three of our high-performing Engineering Pods.
Our Engineering Teams are agile, hands-on coders, providing technical solutions across the SDLC to ensure our software development meets the ongoing and diverse needs of our customers. We have a wide variety of fascinating technical challenges to overcome and have ambitions to lead the way for Field Service professionals to get their jobs done more efficiently and effectively.
You will utilise an arsenal of market-leading tools and techniques, in order to implement, test, and deliver (at pace) high-quality, reliable products or services. We believe a culture for constant innovation is the key to staying ahead of the competition!

What You’ll Do

  • Design and build modular, testable applications using C# and .NET Core, along with React, and TypeScript.
  • Develop responsive front-end components and intuitive UIs
  • Work with MSSQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB to build and optimize data-driven features
  • Implement and maintain clean RESTful APIs
  • Apply TDD to ensure code quality, performance, and scalability
  • Participate in peer code reviews and architectural planning
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and CI/CD pipelines

What You’ll Bring

Essential:

  • Previous experience in Software Engineering (ideally 2+ years)
  • Hands-on technical skills with C# / .NET Core / React / TypeScript
  • Solid experience with SQL databases (i.e. Microsoft SQL or PostgreSQL) and NoSQL systems (MongoDB)
  • Proficiency in modular application design and clean architecture principles
  • Hands-on experience with TDD, unit testing, and automated test frameworks
  • Working knowledge of Agile-based approaches
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have(s):

  • Worked with API integrations, or similar
  • Experience with Docker/Kubernetes or other container technologies
  • Cloud experience (Azure or AWS preferred)
  • Exposure to messaging systems or event-driven architecture
  • Proficiency using AI-powered tools to boost productivity
