🚨 Russian-Speaking Lead Engineer | Quantitative Trading | Fully Remote

I’m working with a highly profitable proprietary trading firm looking for a Lead Engineer to take ownership of greenfield developments within its trading platform.

The role

Depending on where you can create the most value, you could be:

• Building a new part of the trading or risk architecture
• Taking the firm into a new market or exchange
• Designing systems and integrations from the ground up
• Working directly with trading and business stakeholders
• Owning technical and commercial decisions end-to-end

What they’re looking for

• 6+ years min. in software engineering
• Strong experience inside systematic quantitative trading
• Understanding of HFT or performance-sensitive trading systems
• Strong system design and architecture skills
• Expertise with low-level programming language
• A high degree of independence and ownership
• Fluent in Russian
