Description
Develop C programs to manipulate and optimize large-scale GDS data of millions of polygons. Develop algorithms for image processing to model and correct for substrate distortion Define software specification and design data preparation software products Create test suites to ensure the quality of the software Interface with QA and process engineers Candidate should have an advanced degree in computer science, software Engineering, CAD, EDA, or a related field Candidate should have 6+ year related work experience (bachelor degree holder), or 3+ year related work experience (master degree holder). Candidate should have 5+ years experiences in C/C++ programming languages. Familiarity with physical verification RUNSET development preferred. Familiarity with computational geometry problem solving preferred. Experience with ODB++, GDS or OASIS file format, and EDA SW is a big plus. Experience with OPC and mask data prep is a plus. Experience in semiconductor processing or manufacturing preferred. Experience in Linux Operating System preferred. May lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity Communicates difficult concepts and negotiates with others to adopt a different point of view
