About this Role We are seeking a Software Engineer to join our Software & Product Infrastructure team in Bucharest. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain complex software solutions that include databases, business logic, user interfaces, and system integrations. You will collaborate with an international team to deliver innovative solutions for enterprise customers worldwide, ensuring high-quality standards and adherence to best practices throughout the software development lifecycle. What you will do Develop well-structured, high-quality code in line with company standards. Document system changes and enhancements accurately. Coordinate code development and delivery processes across multiple projects. Provide accurate time and effort estimates for new features. Conduct impact analysis on other systems and provide input for improvements. Handle third-level support for developed applications. Set up and lead small project teams when required. Who you are Minimum 5 years of experience in software development using object-oriented programming (Java Enterprise, Spring, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, NodeJS, React, Angular, SQL). Strong understanding of relational database design and optimisation; PL/SQL experience required. Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or GCP). Proficient in Linux administration, maintenance, and scripting. Familiarity with version control systems (Git, GitLab, GitHub, SVN). Knowledge of Agile methodology and software lifecycle best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate small teams. University degree preferred.
