TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTSMUST-HAVE:

As a Software Engineer on our Purchase team, you’ll architect, build, and scale our core buyer systems that power millions in transaction volume. You’ll work in an autonomous engineering team tackling challenging technical problems with measurable business impact. We operate in a hybrid work environment with flexible arrangements based on team needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design & Develop: Create robust, scalable software solutions for our payments platform using modern PHP practices and event-driven architecture
  • Own Quality: Implement comprehensive testing strategies and maintain 99.9%+ uptime for mission-critical payment systems
  • Drive Innovation: Lead technical initiatives to improve performance, reduce operational costs, and enhance user experience
  • Collaborate & Mentor: Participate in pair programming sessions, lead code reviews, and mentor junior engineers
  • Champion Engineering Excellence: Implement CI/CD pipelines, contribute to our technical documentation, and advocate for best practices
  • Measure Impact: Track and report on key technical metrics that drive business outcomes
