The Support Engineering Solutions team is looking for a highly motivated and skillful engineer to work with modern web application technologies, AI-assisted development tools, and related frameworks and libraries. Attention to detail and a dedication to delivering high-quality, stable software are essential. To be successful, you must be a self-starter who can take large challenges and break them down into smaller, actionable tasks. You should also have strong collaboration skills, systems thinking, and the ability to build for scale and succession, with a keen eye for user interaction and user experience. You enjoy pushing the envelope, leveraging AI-assisted coding and automation to accelerate development, testing, and code review, while developing innovative solutions to complex problems. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS BS degree in computer science or information management, or equivalent technical degree or experience Experience building complex, large scale applications using modern web technologies (like JavaScript) Demonstrated proficiency in at least one JavaScript framework like React, Vue.js, Angular.js or equivalent PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS General knowledge of networking protocols HTTP/1 & HTTP/2 (GET, POST), cookies and other HTTP headers General knowledge of web development best practices around accessibility, performance and production monitoring Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
