What is the opportunity?: You will join a team focused on developing an application virtualization product that helps customers optimize application delivery and management. Our primary focus is on streamlining the packaging and virtualization of Windows applications. As a member of the Application Virtualization team, you will contribute to the design, coding, and development of virtualization software. We are seeking an engineer with a strong background in working with enterprise software in C++. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Windows internals, C++ programming, and software architecture, and will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, reliable, and scalable software systems.: Here is a breakdown of the skills we would look for: 2 to 5 years for MTS-II. Strong in Coding, Problem solving, DS/Algo Proficient in Coding of languages C++/C. Good understanding of Windows internals, C++ programming and software architecture. Good understanding of the development ecosystems on Windows Platform. Proven ability to design and develop scalable, high-performance, and high-availability applications. Familiarity with CI/CD practices and continuous benchmarking Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, including good debugging experience. What will you bring to Omnissa? Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of resilient, high-performance, and scalable software solutions optimized for the Windows platform. Utilize and enhance your knowledge of Operating System and system software architecture. Drive engineering initiatives, integrating AI and ML frameworks to add intelligence to VDI. Debug complex problems and analyze stack traces from crash dumps. Collaborate with product management, cross-functional teams, and external groups to define and deliver required solutions. Implement and improve processes around DevOps, Agile, and CI/CD. Take ownership of product architecture, design, product quality, user experience, and security.
