As part of the development team, you'll:

• Develop new functionality across frontend, backend, infrastructure and integrations
• Improve and maintain our e-commerce platform and internal applications
• Build, maintain and optimize APIs and integrations between different systems
• Contribute to architecture discussions and technical decision-making
• Improve performance, scalability, security and cost efficiency across our platforms
• Design and maintain event-driven integrations, scheduled jobs, queue-based processing and synchronous/asynchronous system flows
• Debug and monitor distributed systems using logs, metrics and monitoring tools
• Work with CI/CD pipelines, deployments and multiple development environments
• Reduce technical debt and continuously improve code quality and maintainability
• Collaborate with the development team to continuously improve ways of working and engineering best practices

You probably have:

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar Software Engineer role
• Experience with modern JavaScript/TypeScript development
• Strong knowledge of React and Node.js
• Experience building frontend and backend applications using modern web technologies
• Experience working with REST APIs, integrations and API contracts
• Experience with serverless architectures and cloud-based solutions
• Good understanding of distributed systems, event-driven architecture and asynchronous processing
• Experience working with NoSQL databases
• Experience with Git, code reviews and collaborative software development
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing and deployment processes
• Knowledge of application security, authentication, authorization and IAM
• You communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing. Swedish or Norwegian language skills are a plus
