We are looking for a skilled QA Engineer with experience in the retail domain to ensure the quality and reliability of applications across digital and store platforms. The candidate will be responsible for test planning, execution, and defect management while collaborating closely with development and business teams.   Job Title: QA Engineer Location: Atlanta, GA (Onsite/Hybrid) Domain: Retail   Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and execute test cases based on business and functional requirements Perform manual and/or automated testing for web, mobile, and retail applications Identify, log, and track defects through resolution using standard tools (e.g., JIRA) Work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure quality delivery Participate in sprint planning, requirement reviews, and daily stand-ups in Agile environment Validate integrations, APIs, and end-to-end retail workflows (POS, eCommerce, inventory, etc.) Ensure test coverage, maintain test documentation, and provide QA status reports   Required Skills: 3–7 years of experience in software testing / QA Strong understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and Agile processes Experience in retail domain (POS, eCommerce, OMS, supply chain preferred) Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail) Basic knowledge of SQL and API testing (Postman or similar) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills    Zensar believes that diversity of backgrounds, thought, experience, and expertise fosters the robust exchange of ideas that enables the highest quality collaboration and work product.
